Director, Reinsurance Optimisation

An exciting new role for someone with 7+ years of experience in a role where you have demonstrated a strong understanding of reinsurance. You will ideally have worked for a reinsurer in Asia and had responsibility for all elements of the reinsurance proposition from product to pricing to treaty implementation. You will have good communication skills and will have experience interacting with senior people on both a technical and commercial level. You enjoy working on a variety of different projects concurrently and thrive on delivery and achieving results for your clients. Practical experience of Fin Re or financially motivated reinsurance is desirable although not essential.

You will work closely with Alex on the assignments to help the client to review their use of reinsurance. You will be liaising with both the insurer and also reinsurers to target win/win solutions. You will be supported by a team of eight people who can assist with experience analysis to help the client better understand their business and review the effectiveness of their current retention levels.
